    User Has Wrong Page Layout For Incidents?

      I have a user that can only see three sections under "Details" of an incident. He needs access to the Approval History, but cannot see it. It seems that he may be using the Remedyforce Incident Light 1.0 page layout. I checked his assigned Profile and the default is Remedyforce Incident Console 1.0. Is it possible for one user to be on a different page layout? It's puzzling to me because I compared his profile to another user with the same profile and permission sets, but they can see all sections here. Is there another way to customize this page?
