1. Re: BCM - custom inventory (file search) report
Steve Gibbs Oct 17, 2019 7:16 AM (in response to Sebastien Raclet)Only have a single criteria row so remove the "Is Not Null" row. Change the Criteria to "Ends With" due to each instance has a unique name via the number of the instance so do not include that part of the criteria. Not sure why you blocked out the name of this value as it makes it more difficult to assist you. Preview Tab will allow you to see what you get back as returned values.

3. Re: BCM - custom inventory (file search) report
Steve Gibbs Oct 17, 2019 9:00 AM (in response to Sebastien Raclet)Please modify criteria to "Starts with" "whatever you have hidden (first couple of characters)" to get results and then work your way to add more Criteria (working left) to ensure you will be limiting to just those records you wish to add to report. Again, I am unable to see what your criteria is so not able to provide better assistance.
I see where each instance ends with a unique value... my bad earlier... Too early in AM for me...

4. Re: BCM - custom inventory (file search) report
Steve Gibbs Oct 17, 2019 9:13 AM (in response to Sebastien Raclet)I have provided more screen shots just to make sure we are on same page.
Here are the results of MY File search (files types = BAT)
Create Query using Custom Inventory > File Search > Instance Name
Check the Query using Preview Pane and SQL Result:
Hopefully this helps...

5. Re: BCM - custom inventory (file search) report
Sebastien Raclet Oct 17, 2019 10:48 AM (in response to Steve Gibbs)No problem for the mistake, I was trying to understand why to use "End with" maybe a trick... lol
With you screenshot I find where was my mistake, I use my Instance instead of "File Search" in "custom inventory"
Thanks for you help !
