Yes this filter was an issue.
We had the ticket with BMC too for the same and even we figured that out during the logs and WebEx too.
We have Disabled this filter and i was able to clear out the issue what i had with Task Notification.
Will monitor and Validate it further and update you on it.
As suggested we have disabled this filter - CMS:TMS:TAS:Create_ToPending_onSubmit and now every task created goes to Staged Status if its unassigned.
Appreciate if there is anything else that needs to be looked into apart from enabling this filter mentioned.
so when incident or WO is moved to In progress, task will be activated and set to Pending or assigned.
Yes but all the times going to Requester and asking for the Ticket to be changed the state is not possible.
