    Is there a way to add the ticket notes\details to a Change Approval email?

      Currently when a user puts in a ticket that will initiate a Change Policy, the approver email only gives the subject of the ticket. This is not enough information for the user to adequately assess the request to approve or deny it. I have contacted support but have not made any progress. Also, I have tested several scenarios with the Business Rules with no avail.


      Any assistance will be greatly appreciated. If this is currently not possible, when will this be available?
