    How can we change a work order status to Open when a Closed work order is replied to in TrackIt 2019?

      If techs are waiting for a response from a client to move forward in their work, normal practice is have them change the work order status to closed. In version 11.4, replies from the client would re-open the work order. How can we configure this the same way in TrackIt 2019?
