    Smart IT mobile app session time out

      Hello all,

       

      I just want to ask about the session time out for the Smart IT mobile app, lets say when the agent log in to the Smart IT by the mobile app then he reserve a floating license for him, if he not work anymore on the app, the app must free his license right? is there a session time out ? what is the default ? could we change it ?
