Could you please check following setting on related Service Request definition
Make sure 'Display in Self Service' flag is selected for Category related to Service Request definition (RF Admin > Configure Application > Category)
Also checkfollowing settings in Service Request definition
- Check End Date value
- Profile & Permission set related entitlement
- Online flag on General Information section of Service Request definition

What can be is that users are linked to an account, or a Service.
Are your request displayed based on one of the above?

2 of 2 people found this helpfulDo you have any service request definitions deployed? Remedyforce Administration/Configure Application/Request Definitions - second tab shows request definitions, first tab is a great description of how to create them.

- Make sure they are online
- Make sure category has "display in self-service is checked"
- Make sure there are no entitlements on request definition configuration

I did not know about "service request definitions". The serring was completery default so i did not do anything.
I understand for show somthing on this page, i need to set it!
