    Account created but validation email not being sent in footprints

      I created an account in Footprints v12.08, the user was created properly (I see him listed in "User" report on "Administration" module), but he says that he doesn´t receive the validation email (I checked his email address several times), I´ve dive into mailing´s troubleshooting logs, but I can´t find the reason why the email is not received. What could I´ve done wrong? Thanks for your help! indeed!
