    How can I obtain the action history for a Remedyforce ticket via Tableau?

      Hello,

       

      I am trying to construct a report that will give me SLA statuses and action histories for particular selections of tickets. The history part is stumping me.

       

      So far I have managed to join

      BMCServiceDesk__IncidentHistory__c

      to

      BMCServiceDesk__Incident__c

      and

      BMCServiceDesk__Action__c

       

      Now I can see enough information to see incident number, incident history id and the name of the action, but I can't work out where to pull the action details from. BMCServiceDesk__IncidentHistory__c appears to contain mostly a mass of foreign keys, but connecting to what?

       

      Is there a schema available? I can't see the schema connecting via the API and what I have doesn't appear to match BMC's data dictionary.
