Please check the enabled record for the TMS:Task on the "SYS:Application CleanUp" form. And it is getting modified by AR_ESCALATOR.
Escalation “SYS:CLN:TA@00:05-StartCleanUp” will modify the record and sets ‘z1D Action = "START"’ in the "SYS:Application CleanUp" form.
Also check on thi Modification the filter "INT:FNDTMS:CLN:DelTasksInactive7Days" is gets fired and it pushes the data into TMS:Task
The push fields qualification is "(($TIMESTAMP$ - 'Create Date') > $Retention Period Seconds$) AND ('Parent Linked' = "Inactive")", So please check your 88 task records are qualifying this or not.
Thanks for the input.
I understood the workflow and how the escalation getting trigger on SYS:Application CleanUP form.
But the concern over here is that the escalation fired properly and modified all the records except for the TMS:Task records.
TMS:Task records are enable and matched the condition for the Escalation but still doesn't get trigger and because of that z1D Action is not set and corresponding filter is not getting fired.
That is really interesting as the escalation qualification is 'Status' = "Enabled". So if the there is enabled record for the TMS:Task on the "SYS:Application CleanUp" form then it should get update ideally.
Can you please check the escalation logs, search the respective Application CleanUp ID in logs.
If the Application CleanUp ID is not found please delete the record for TMS:Task and then recreate it.
