    Approve / Reject via Email Approvals - Justification - 9.1.04 patch 2

      Currently we have the system setup to allow the approvers to click Approve or Reject via email.


      Outlook opens a new window after the approver clicks Approve or Reject and the system automatically adds the information required by Remedy to Approve or Reject the Service Request (see below). Works perfectly.


      What I was wondering is there a way the Approver can add comments (Justification) to the email? If so, can you tell me how they would do this?
