    Work Info Types not shown Smart IT Activity Panel

      In Smart IT it does not show the work info type anywhere (more specifically, in the activity panel) when reviewing any work info on a ticket... but this information is available easily in 'Classic View Remedy'.
      See screenshots below for clarification on what I am talking about.
