1 of 1 people found this helpfulPlease open the task record from standard console of Task, Edit the layout and add Display in Self Service check box filed. Once added select it and then check whether you are able to see linked task.

1 of 1 people found this helpfulTo display tasks which are linked to the service request, there is one field on Task object i.e. "Display in Self service" which you can add through Column header field set , and check this "Display in self service" checkbox for those particular tasks needs to display in Self service, then under task section those tasks should get displayed

To display linked Task on records in Self Service only 2 settings are required -
1. Admin setting should be enabled - Show linked tasks with submitted records
2. Add and enable Display in Self Service for task records
These two settings should show the linked tasks on records, nothing else is required.
Could you please cross check and confirm once? may be after enabling these 2 settings try refreshing the Self Service
Let me know if it works otherwise raise a case with Remedyforce Support to investigate more in detail.
