Further investigation shows that VMware have helpfully put this information in a completely different storage system which needs a different SDK to access.

1 of 1 people found this helpfulNot - VMware store them in a place not accessible to the vSphere API. It should be possible to use the discovery RESTful requests to query the tag REST API (VMware docs)
