    Is there a way to update a closed ticket and force it to re-open?

      For instance an Technician has closed the ticket and entered a resolution. A week later the requestor emails in updating a ticket from a subject line but the ticket remains closed. Is there a way to have the ticket re-open and be assigned to the previous Technician and Group?
