    Our permission sets have had a recent change by "BMC Helix Remedyforce", and now no staff/customer can access the Remedyforce console

      Has anyone else, as a result of recent changes to the ServiceDesk Staff and ServiceDesk Client permission sets, lost all access to Remedyforce for both staff and customers?


      We've raised a critical case with BMC, but interested whether this is Summer '19 Upgrade related and is affecting others.
