    intermittent peak hours user access caused the midtier performance worst

      hi All,


      I have some issues with bmc performance at one of my clients which is only happens if in a peak hours it need about 50s++ to login to the home page and then for doing activity likes submit, modify,open page, delete records it also takes almost one minutes and it really makes stressful for the users.


      Is there any information regarding the root cause of this and how to solve this performance issue?


      I've already follow all the best practice reccomendation for setting the AR server cfg and increasing the AR java heap size, restarted the ar services, uncheck all the logs configuration both in midtier and the ar also not give solution for this issue.


      Our environment both of ar server and midtier version is 9.1.03 and set for High availability.


      Any input will be very appreciated.
