    In TrackIt 2018 is it possible to change the default on Technician notes from private to public?

      When a technician adds a note to a ticket, the note is set to private by default unless the technician makes it public.  However most of our technicians are busy on calls and often forget to do this.  Is there a way to set the default from private to public?
