All records in the new Track-It! platform can be marked inactive, including tickets. It is a way to hide tickets if needed without deleting them.

There is a checkbox you can add to the Ticket form through form customization if that is a feature you want to use. Usually people only add it to the form seen by the Admin group and leave it off the regular help desk tech form.
