    HTTP Status 404 – Not Found - Tomcat Upgrade 8.5.34(from 8.0.36)

      Hi Team,

       

      We are on BMC Remedy ARS,ITSM and SRM along with SLA 9.1.04.002,with RSSO 1802 and DWP1802.

      We have upgraded Tomcat 8.5.34 from 8.0.36 and experiencing an issue with access to the environment with the error ( HTTP Status 404 – Not Found)

       

      We have followed the below URL for upgrading Tomcat which went on well on DEMO and DEV Environments.

      -Migrating Remedy Single Sign-On To A New Version Of Tomcat

      -DWP Tomcat Upgrade from version 7 to version 8

       

      We are experiencing the issue with TEST Environment and looks to be only on the DWP server,below screen capture for reference.

      Appreciate response at your earliest availability.
