    Remedyforce enquiry on filtering and ticket history

      Hi all,


      Need some advise on my queries below.


      1) Recently the header column in Remedyforce console allows filtering and it has been wonderful. But I noticed that the date header is unable to indicate the date. There are option on "Greater than"; "Less than" but where to input the date for searching?

      Anyone can advise me?


      2) Ticket history (eg incident) not available for older tickets. How to retrieve incident history of older ticket? Is there a way?
