I did add "?Phone=732-555-1112" but i am facing in the beginning issue with ticket creation that using the below link unable to open a new request
but if I did use http://server_name:8080/footprints/servicedesk/application.html#runtimecontainer/create/workspace/17074/35e82e49-95fd-4db3-8f9b-45b53aea6f40
ticket opened then I did add the Phone number to be as below:
not works ticket open with the fill phone number
indeed, it is starting to create thanks a lot,
Now we need to fill the field with data. As (Phone) field
