You can give access to the users object for your servicedesk staff by creating a delegated administration.
the intent is just to allow Service Desk to check if the user's account is Locked, Enabled/Disabled, or even can reset password. The page should also be able to allow Service Desk to see login history to see any reason why users are unable to login to the system.
saw the article about delegated administration and this allows them access to create accounts, which i need to restrict.

In my example it’s user info combined with incidents and linked Ci’s, but also we have pages like account, related users and Incidents per account (for msp’s).
