I thought I changed the Filter-Max-Stack parameter but it looks like it wasn't saving the value. When I stopped the service and edited it, I was able to save the new value (20000). Now, it is working fine.
You need to cross verify required AR Server and UDM configuration.
How to do it:
Run BMC Remedy COnfiguration Utility :
Provide all the credentials and select UDM in product list:
Thanks Ganesh, will check that. I just noticed that my jobs are hanging in "In Progress" stage.
If that is the case then please have a look at :
Check to make sure you have configured the loopback. How much data are you importing And to what? Take a look at CAI:events and see what the error may state. Have you ever ran an import on this machine? Did you do a migration from another server? You many need to check your CAI plugin and make sure the server is set to @.
