    How do you assign 2 technicians to a ticket

      We've been using Track-It for about a month. Sometimes a ticket will require 2 technicians on the same ticket. For example, a request for setting up the A/V equipment for a presentation. Both technicians will do this task together. I want both to have the ticket in their queue. When they both look at their view "tickets due today" they should both see it.

       

      Both are in the Help Desk group. I created a new group for the 2 technicians, and copied the Help Desk permissions. However, we don't see the ticket unless we sign into the new group. Is it possible for group tickets to show up in the Help Desk (primary) group?
