Never mind! We figured out we can add the assign to group to our filter of open tickets.
This can be considered resolved.
Unless you’ve done something to change the visible permissions of records in the system using the data segregation tool, you should be able to see the records from the other group. You might just need to modify the view and change the filter to show records from that group or those assigned to that technician and then save that view as a custom view for the technician.
