    Vendor Form not Working - 9.1.04 patch 2

      Last year we went from 7.6.04 to 9.1 and then this year from 9.1. to 9.1.04 patch 2.


      We noticed that our Vendor Form (LDAP) stopped working. Our workflow was syncing our LDAP users with Remedy has stopped working.


      I tried making a slight change and re-saving the form, but this did not resolve the issue.


      Has anyone else experienced this issue?
