Graham Webster-Newman Dec 20, 2018 1:24 PM (in response to Tina Thomas)I am not aware of a a central way to look at a category and see when it was last used; the closest I can think of is to a run an Incident, Change and Problem report looking for the particular category along with and sort by the relevant Created Date.

Having a count of how often the category was used could be useful too in that report...
