I have multiple mailboxes configured for multiple customer companies in my remedy environment.
my requirement is when I will send a email from Email System to the customer it should go with the form address which is configured for that company and it will create a work log for that incident.
and when customer will reply to that mail with that incident number in subject it will come to that particular mail box which is configure for that particular company and create a work log for that Incident.
we are not using RBE in our environment.
We are on Remedy 9.1.02 version.
