    Email Headers in the Activity Feed

      When we launch in a month or so, we rely heavily on emailing our clients. Currently, header information is pulled into the notes field. This does not bode well for any long correspondence chains.


      I have done some searching and can't seem to find any setting that will remove headers or not display them in Remedyforce. Is there one or what have people done to get around this?


      In the screenshot below, the only thing that should be there is "Reply Back from Customer."
