    Time-dependent email alert still being sent from a deactivated workflow rule

      We have an old workflow rule in the system which was configured to send an email alert to the incident handler 2.5 days before the remedy/resolution was due.

      However, the rule has been deactivated. The users are still getting notifications.

       

      Any ideas?

       

      I've tried setup>Monitor>time based workflow but I can't find the workflow rule there.
