    Track-It 2018 - Priorities and due dates

      Is there a way to remove this dialog or at least set a default to 'Do not adjust the Due Date'?


      Ideally I would like the due date to auto populate with the default date set for the priority.

      However, In our environment the ticketing priorities do not need to be as granular as the examples in your documentation.

      Our tickets are either set to today, within 2 days, within 1 week or within 30 days.

      How do i set the default due duration to 1 week (7 days) or even 30 days given the options below?
