Thanks for the response but i think you have missed what i was asking for.
We already have the contact showing on the console, we have been using Remdeyforce for a number of years now.
What we would like to achieve is a button on the contact record in salesforce which when pressed takes you to remedyforce opens a new ticket and populates the contact record.
is this possible?
Okay. Do you use standard incident form or console?
So you need ability to launch new incident from that contact?
We use the console, but if we had to our phone team could use the incident form.
