    Error in Create incident using REST

      Hi

           I am using REST api to create incident in remedy 9. Here how to find form name, which form is suitable for my application?

      If i use HBD:Help Desk it asking the mandatory field like "Incident number required".

      If i give any incident number which taken from previous incident it showing the below error

      How to solve this ? Please give me any suggestion.
