      Hi Experts,

Exporting Spoon Transformation and Job from one server (Dev) to another (QA) threw this error message (see below screenshot) when I tried to save the imported file to the target server.

      Any idea?

            Hi Mohammed,

We are in AR System 18.05, ITSM 18.06 and AI 18.05.

We are using the Spoon Import Export functionality. Here are the steps :

            Export from Dev :

            Import to QA :

Now when we save it, we got this error :

            The full message here :

Are you exporting from one server to another server? are all these jobs in the AI console? if these jobs are in the AI console i will suggest to use AI console to export/import on destination server.

              Thanks

              Mohammad

                Hello everyone,

                Thank you for your help,

This issue was caused by the connection information in the job and transformation. By exporting the spoon job, It keeps the connection information of the source server. When you import to the target server, you have to update the connection before saving it. That why I was getting the error. By updating the connection, I am now able to save the job to the target server.

                Best Regards,
