    Remedy REST API stops responding after a period of time

      We are testing the REST API to develop an integration with a trhird party application, but after a period of time, the API stops responding:




      The other components, like access in Midtier doesn't get affected with any performance issue, this appears to affect only the REST API and I have to restart the AR Server to restablish the connection.


      The Remedy version is 9.1.02 201611252320


      I enabled the jetty logs in the logback_server.xml file to debug in the arerror.log, but I don't see any relevant information about it.
