Restrict Remedy Administrator from tenant data

    Carlos Luz

begun investigating the various possibilities  for an important requirement I've just been given and would be interested in knowing if this is possible or if someone did this already:

      We have two tenant companies:

      - CompanyA

      - CompanyB

      Company B has sensitive CIs.

Remedy administrators can by default, see CIs from CompanyA and CompanyB, even if administrators don't belong to the companies or don't have unrestricted access. We're running ITSM 9.1.00.

      Question is:

      - using the ITSM/CMDB permission model, can I restrict a Remedy Administrator from being able to see CIs in Company B?

I've looked into a few possibilities, but so far I didn't find a really good option to achieve this important goal.
