You can check the compatibility matrix here BMC Product Availability and Compatibility I don't see 2017 but 2016 is there.
I am sure the honorable community experts will share their experience.

The BMC Policy is to support listed versions 'or greater', unless otherwise stated...so, as such being 2016 is listed, that means that the product was tested against that version and there were no problems, so unless MS introduced something completely weird in 2017 that would make apps written against 2016 not work, then you will be fine.
I'm going to attempt using SQL Server 2017. We'll see how it goes. Thanks!
