    Service CI in TrueSight OM - Showing impact without any event

      Hello All,

       

      We are having TSOM 10.1 integrated with Remedy (IBRSD) approach.

      As you can see below, our business service is getting impacted. But when we click to find any event (All direct and Providers CI) for that server, we are not able to see any single event that too with critical severity. Is it a bug?

      Relationships have DIRECT type and weight 100.
