    Self Service Ticket Confirmation #

      Can we increase the length of time a ticket # is displayed when submitted via Self Service? Our users often complain it goes away too fast to copy.    (Yes, we have email alerts and we know they can check My Activity).  Honestly, an OK button here would make sense but hoping there's a hidden setting to increase the time.
