    The "All" View in Remedyforce Console does not list all service requests

      The default "All" view in Remedyforce Console only show "NOT NEW" service requests


      If I set the Filter Criteria to "Is new record = true", list result reversed.


      If I set the criteria to "Is Service Request = True", more SR listed but still not all.



      I've clicked the "Number" column to make sure the sorting is correct (new to old).

      There is no problem for incident listing.
