Recently Salesforce have added new records to improve security when the CPQ package performs calculations. These records are also showing up in orgs that do not have Salesforce CPQ installed.
These new records are read-only, they don’t affect your Salesforce license usage, and they don’t access or update any data by default.
For more information please find the below link from Salesforce which talks about this issue:
CPQ Integration User shows up in Salesforce orgs that do not have CPQ installed

Mina Horiuchi May 15, 2018 8:58 PM (in response to Mohd Shahid Khan)Hi Mohd,
Thanks for your reply. It was really helpful. Could you let me ask few more question.
Recently Salesforce have added new records to improve security when the CPQ package performs calculations.
These records are also showing up in orgs that do not have Salesforce CPQ installed.The environment doesn't have Salesforce CPQ in this case also showing up org...I see.
These new records are read-only, they don’t affect your Salesforce license usage, and they don’t access or update any data by default.
So even they wanted to delete, they can not do that?
Also i read the article that you showed me and there was written below info.
Non-Salesforce CPQ Customers with a Sandbox on Summer '18 will see the following records:
- CPQ Integration User user record
- CPQ Integration User profile record
- CPQ Integration User Connected App connected app record
- CPQIntegrationUserCert certificate and key management record
This environment is not mine so i do not know which version they are using.
At least, my personal environment is 1 year trial environment (Winter 18 Patch 2) of Remedyforce and this is not happened. Is this happen only Summer '18?
(if so i am going to up-grade to Summer'18 )
I would like to check if all of those records are showing up on the org.
Few records i know where can i find but few, i do not know where.. Could you tell me?
- CPQ Integration User user record
-> setting --> Manage Users --> Users
- CPQ Integration User profile record
-> setting --> Manage Users --> Profile
- CPQ Integration User Connected App connected app record
where can i confirm this record?
- CPQIntegrationUserCert certificate and key management record
where can i confirm this record?
Best Regards,
Mina

1 of 1 people found this helpfulIt's related to Salesforce and not related to Remeydyforce. As the link stated is was solved yesterday;
Updates
5/15: This issue was fixed in Summer '18 Patch 4.3 to prevent the CPQ Integration User from being created in future non-Salesforce CPQ Customer orgs.
On top; there is no issue or any kind of concern related to Remedyforce.

Thanks for your reply.

However actually one of my customer who using Remedyforce winter18 patch2 have seen CPQ Integration user on their environment on May 6th.
Is it weird to happen on Remedyforce?
Salesforce told me if it is Remedyforce env, ask to BMC...

1 of 1 people found this helpfulNo, it's not weird. We had customers reporting this as well. In existing orgs this can occur, new orgs will not have this anymore.

Thanks for keeping reply to me with helpful information.
I would provide the customer this article. It would explain all to them.
It would be really helpful. We appreciate it.
I apologize again and again however still have query after read that article.
These records have been created in Summer '18 sandbox orgs that do not have Salesforce CPQ installed.
Even though the article said Summer'18 have this issue but, the version of the environment that appeared CPQ user was not Summer'18 and It is Winter 18 Patch2.
Kind Regards,
Mina

1 of 1 people found this helpfulNo problem. Please be aware that we are talking about the Salesforce Summer 18 release and NOT the BMC release.
Salesforce release schedule:
The BMC release are almost directly behind the Salesforce releases. I can imagine that those namings can be confusing.

1 of 1 people found this helpfulSince May 5, all Salesforce environments are Summer 18. Salesforce is pushing their releases to all customers.
You might have a demo/trial org. Here you might see a small difference if you compare with production orgs.
