Check RF administration >CMDB> list view customization columns or base element field set.
I found only Salesforce1 - BaseElement Details, Salesforce1 – List View and Salesforce1 Self Service - List View. But only mobile =S
Generally it will not specify SS it will just use the list view column header , try to change it.
The field sets that make the change are Salesforce1 - BaseElement Details

To change the field on the View My Assets on the Self Service 3.0
Please follow below steps:
1- Go to Setup
2- Type on the quick find Objects
3- Click on Objects
4- Look for "Base Element" object click on Label.
5- Scroll down till Field Sets
6- Look for "Salesforce1 - Base Element Details"
7- Click on Edit
8- Add and Remove the necessary fields
Note: If the field empty on the CI or Asset the field will not show on the View my Assets.

Thanks for sharing, I was wondering this myself yesterday.
The same field set has been used as in mobile application for ease of configuration.
Please improve the field description by informing that it updates the SS and Mobile.
