    Marking Fields in Templates Required but not Overall

      I'm looking to make some fields required in some templates, but not in others in BMC Track-IT! v11.4.  When I check the 'required' for the field in a template and save, it's missing when I go back in.  For example, for a 'Locked Contract' ticket, we want the Contract # text field required, but for a Windows PW reset ticket, we do not.  I read a post from 2014 that this wasn't possible, but has it been added as of yet?

       

      This seems like a common request for different styles of tickets, is it planned for a future release if not already fixed?
