It looks like your SHARE:Application Properties Form has an entry for CMDB with a failed instance.
You'll need to remove the failed value for CMDB from SHARE:Application Properties Form and then give a try.

I finished going through SHARE:Application_Properties form and noticed there are 17 records. There isn't a single record about CMDB.
Would you kindly guide on what should I do further?

Did you remove the ../AtriumCore folder from the BMC directory tree?
Also remove the %TEMP% files since the installer stored valuable XMLs there.
In any case this may allow to re install which may not solve the issue since we don't know when exactly it did crash.
I think best approach would be to restore your DB to previous state before installer run and then run installer for the first time.
