I have two questions concerning the email template conversation, when i send an email from the incident without any custom template
I received this email below.
So my question is it possible to modify the by default template ? if yes where i can find this email template ?
Because i couldn't find the by default template, i have create my own visualforce template, however in the content there are not carriage return. Is it possible to fix it ?
