If you just put in the ticket number without the INC and zeros you will have to use the wildcard.
Can you provide a screen shot of what / how you are searching using Global Search?
Hi Mirjam, yes, we did everything possible. However, issue is now resolved, as we had to get a fix from BMC, which included a restart of FTS.
Tried that as well, and did not work. BMC provided a fix, which included a restart of FTS. So the issue is now resolved.
