    Searching Incident in "global search" shows zero matched.

      In Remedy 8.1, when we try to search for an incident by entering the full INC number in the top right global search bar, and we click on the search button, when the "Global Search Results" window pops up, it displays "0 entries returned - 0 entries matched". Yet, when we search for the same incident by clicking on the Applications list > Incident Management > Search Incident, then the incident record is displayed.


      Can anyone please shed some light as to why the global search button is not working, or how we can get this to work?
