This ETL is a template connector from BMC Marketplace. This means you can use it as a starting point rather than developing an ETL from scratch.
If there were changes made to the technology, version or API you must make changes in the ETL code (and share with the Community).
You can find the source code in file OracleAWRTE.pm as part of OracleAWR.zip.
The source code contains SQL queries you can test in a SQL editor.
I would test a statement first returning metrics, then other statements not returning metrics.
Once you worked out the SQL queries for missing metrics, load the source file into Integration Studio, configure DB connection to your source in order to test and debug the ETL.
If you don't feel comfortable with this procedure, I suggest to elaborate using the Oracle Enterprise Manager ETL.
