    Knowledge Articles not visible in My IT

      Hi All,

       

      Knowledge Articles which are part of some visibility groups do not show when searching in My IT, however user is able to search those articles via Request Entry Console in ITSM.

      Users are only able see Self Help articles in My IT.

      Same is the case when a user with Knowledge Admin permissions and Unrestricted access try to search Article in My IT.

       

      Please advise on how to troubleshoot this.
