    Priority does not flow correctly to Incident form when ticket is created from MYIT

      I have created an SRD so that a request will be raised from MYIT using this SRD. I had added priority as one of the questions.

      Whenever i select priority as high,medium or critical it takes by default Low and pushes to Incident form.I tried analyzing the log at one point priority is setting to Null.

      Can any one help me with this issue.
